Returns & Exchanges Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted for online purchases made at full price, provided the item is unworn, unused, and returned in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with UK consumer law. To initiate a return, please contact info@wanitakuat.co with your order number.
Items purchased on sale, using discount codes, or bought in-store/in person are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original delivery charges are non-refundable.
In the case of faulty or damaged items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 14 days. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Shipping
All UK orders are processed and shipped via Royal Mail.
UK Standard Delivery
- Estimated delivery time: 2–4 working days
UK Express Delivery
- Sent via Next Day / Special Delivery
- Orders must be placed before 2PM to qualify for next-day dispatch
International Delivery
- Estimated delivery time: 7–11 working days
- Shipping times may vary depending on customs clearance in the destination country
- Once the parcel reaches its destination country, we are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing
Unclaimed Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to being unclaimed:
- We will contact the customer via email to confirm if they would like the item to be redelivered
- If the customer wishes to receive the item, a new postage fee will be required
- If the customer opts to cancel the order, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping fee
